He then ties these occasions for sensation to notable moments in the history of political thought and shows the political potential of a dislocated subjectivity therein. Great supplement to getting out on the mat

The only drawback to this book is that the pictures are in black and white. Aside from that, it is great! You can still make out what is going on in the pictures, just color would be nicer. There are some basic combos but also a lot of more advanced ones too, combining traditional Muay Thai, Western boxing and MMA striking. Descriptions are also helpful. You won't learn any fancy Jacky Chan-style moves here - but you will learn clean striking that any boxer, kickboxer or mma fighter can quickly apply.

Similar to the author of Robert Knott' s book"The Films of R Scott, J McCrea and A Murphy" with the addition of another great cowboy George Montgomery. Great read for a very well written work. Deserves five stars.

A great book,very glad to have read something on George Montgomery….I think he's been a bit neglected. I'd like to see the author do a book on maybe the next tier of western actors e.g. Rory Calhoun,Rod Cameron,Jock Mahoney,Dale Robertson etc as the writer really knows his subject
